To stop eating cheese is the #1 hardest for people to decide if they will become vegan or not.
Dairy cheese is like crack. The ingredients in the cheese affect the brain as a drug would, it is addictive. I have been vegan for 5 years and cheese was the hardest, especially since my love of pizza has me in shackles, lol
I am so glad that I have found my favorite cheeses to allow me to still enjoy what I love to eat without harming animals. Miyokos Creamery, Violife, and Fieldroast Chao are my go-to for my cheese needs. I also have an honorable mention Kite Hill is a must-try!
There are cheese brands that are nut-free, soy-free and non GMO so there is something for everyone!
For Cream Cheese Miyoko's is everything made from cashews. Full of flavor and they have a huge selection of butters and cheeses with multiple options
I love a great sandwich so Violife and Fieldroast have the best slices for grilled cheese and sandwiches. The melt is incredible and mimics real cheese.
Violife's Feta cheese is Phenomenal in taste and it has multiple uses. My favorite salad gets an extra pop and it elevates my pasta dishes as well.
It's Dope Over Here On The Greenside!
